Have you heard about the fairytale of Forest Park? Legend has it that deep within the heart of the park, hidden away from the eyes of ordinary folk, lies a realm where magic reigns supreme! It’s a story woven with threads of wonder, where enchanting fairies and pixies reside in the woodlands, nestled among the trees.
Earlier this year, Malcolm set out on his usual morning stroll. Little did he know that on this particular day, he would stumble upon something straight out of a storybook—a real-life Fairy Princess! After some gentle persuasion from Malcolm and perhaps a sprinkle of fairy dust, the Fairy Princess has graciously agreed to share her magic with the guests of Forest Park. And thus, the thrilling adventure of our magical summer has begun.
From 29th May 2024 the Fairy Princess will be having a series of royal visits to Forest Park up until the end of the summer holidays. But what can you expect during these visits? Oh, prepare to be spellbound…
As the Fairy Princess becomes more familiar with the friendly residents at Forest Park, more and more fairy houses will start magically appearing in the trees, each with an exciting story to tell about the magical creature who lives inside. You’ll also be able to meet the wonderful tree face folk! These mystical beings live inside the tees, but on special occasions they emerge to speak to each other in their melodious tree language. If you listen closely, you might be able to hear the faint whistles of their tree song during your woodland walks this summer.
The Fairy Princess has asked us to share that she would love to hear all your dreams and wishes during her visits. Yes, you heard that right! When you meet her, don’t hesitate to share your heart’s desires, whether it be a wish for happiness, love, or adventure (or maybe a longer stay at Forest Park!) You can even leave your wishes in the reception’s fairy book. Who knows, if you include your email, you might even receive a magical message in return, straight from the heart of the forest.
As you immerse yourself in the wonder of the fairies and the tree folk, remember to always spread kindness, as they may just be observing from afar. Venture forth into the depths of Forest Park and discover the fairytale that awaits.
