All set on one floor, you’ll enter via the bright entrance lobby. There’s a useful WC here and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The spacious open-plan living area leads off the entrance lobby, too. The elegant lounge has comfortable seating around a wood burner, with a dining room easily seating eight next door. Leading off from here is the delightful sunroom, serving as another lounge when the sun is out and opening onto the garden and patio. A stylish kitchen has all mod cons for holiday catering, with garden views through its large window. The remaining two bedrooms lead off the lounge; one twin and one super-king-size, both with en-suites. The super-king has French doors leading onto the exterior decking.

Look out for deer in this secluded setting that is teeming with wildlife. The enclosed garden gives a real sense of privacy with a couple of steps up to the lawned areas and mature trees. There’s a furnished decked area and even a hot tub for stargazing or admiring the wide blue sky during the day. Three cars can comfortably park off-road here, making loading and unloading less of a hassle.
