The Forest Park Gold Standard is included at no extra cost with both new and pre-owned holiday homes sold by the park, with only private sales excluded.

Timber Decking and Skirting:
Designed to ensure that you take full advantage of your plot, allowing for maximum space giving you the opportunity of enjoying outdoor living in our area of outstanding natural beauty. We use the highest quality pressure treated timber to ensure maximum longevity as well as a premium appearance.
Full Siting and Connections:
We position your holiday home on a plot of your choice. This includes connecting your holiday home to all the vital facilities including: Water, Electricity, Gas and Sewerage.
Safety Checks:
All our holiday homes come with both a gas and electrical safety check ensuring your holiday home is safe for you and your family to enjoy.
Five Star Clean:
A full internal and external valet is included. This includes, all appliances, carpets, gutters and windows. We ensure that you holiday home sparkles from day one.
Plot Presentation:
We are proud of how we present your plot to you. Plot presentation is key to the park’s appearance remaining at the highest standard possible, so it is our prerogative to ensure we go above and beyond.
In addition to the Forest Park Gold Standard, we offer a range of additional services that can take your holiday home to a whole new level and ensure it provides everything that you need. These include:
